BITSAT 2026 Registration Session 1 (Closed)

BITSAT 2026 registration is closed. The exam authority has released the BITSAT 2026 registration form on December 15, 2025, and the last date to complete the online registration for Session 1 is March 16, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Following the initial registration, the application form edit window will remain open from March 18 to 20, 2026. During this period, you will be able to log in with your credentials to correct any errors in application forms.

While applying for the registration process, you will be required to complete all steps, including creating an account, filling in personal and academic details, uploading the necessary documents, and paying the BITSAT 2026 application fee. The test centre allotment will be announced on March 26, 2026. BITS will announce which city your exam centre is located in on March 26, 2026. After this, a slot booking period will be held from March 27 to March 31, 2026, where you log in to choose your preferred exam date and time. Your official Admit Card or Hall Ticket will be available to download and print on April 05, 2026. The Session 1 Exams will be conducted across various centres. The dates of the announcement are April 15 to April 17, 2026.

Following the Session 1 application correction window, BITSAT 2026 Session 2 registration will begin from April 20 to May 2, 2026. How to Fill out BITSAT 2026 Application Form?

To submit your BITSAT application successfully, you can follow the steps mentioned below: -

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website of BITSAT 2026 and click on the 'BITSAT 2026 Registration' link
• A new window will pop up with a set of instructions, which you must read carefully before proceeding.
• Next, click on the link saying 'New Registration' on the page
• Open the application form for BITSAT and key in your personal details, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality etc. 
• Provide a valid email ID and mobile number
• Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Proceed’ button
• Once the registration is complete, a unique application number will be generated, which applicants must save and keep safe for future reference.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

• After the successful registration, you will have to log in using the same user credentials and fill in your personal and academic details along with your preferred program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination, etc.

• You must also select up to 3 BITSAT exam centres of your preference from the drop-down options.
• After filling in all the details, applicants must click on the 'Confirm and Submit' tab. In case any corrections need to be made, they must click on the 'Edit Details' tab.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• In the next step, you are required to upload scanned images of their photographs and signatures. 
• To upload these documents, you must click on the 'Choose File' option. You must ensure that the photographs and signatures are uploaded in the specified size and format. 
• Select the scanned photograph and the signature images and click on the 'Next' button to preview the documents before the final uploading.

Step 4: BITSAT Registration Fee Payment

As the last step, you need to pay the BITSAT application fee. The application fee for different categories has been specified in the section below. The BITSAT registration fee can be paid either in Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Indian Bank challan mode. Foreign students can pay for the BITSAT application fee using International Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

Step 5: Printing the Application Form

After payment of the BITSAT application fee, the registration process will be completed. You must take a printout of the application form and the receipt for the BITSAT registration fee for future reference.

BITSAT 2026 Registration Fee for Dubai Centre 

The application fee will vary if you are applying for the BITS Dubai exam centre. Further, you should note that the Dubai exam centre will be the same for each gender but different for the exam sessions. The BITSAT 2026 registration fee for the session 1 exam will be INR 7250/- and INR 9250/- for both sessions 1 & 2. Additionally, if you have registered for Session 1 and separately apply for Session 2, the registration fee is INR 2000.
