Documents Required to Fill the KCET Application Form 2026: KEA has released the KCET 2026 registration dates on its official website. The application form-filling process of KCET 2026 exam began on January 17, 2026 . However, the KEA notice has revised the application with an extended date for the second time to complete it without paying a late fee. The final submission of the application is closing tonight at 11:59 PM. The extended fee payment window is March 3, 2026 by 5.30 PM. Additionally, the exam authority has also opened the "Application Correction Window" for you to correct or modify mistakes in your previous application. The deadline for correcting the form is March 30, 2026.

As per the latest notification released on February 24, 2026, the SC category needs to have a new certificate (if not applied already) and add the RD (Registered Document) number on the KEA portal. To find the thorough details, KEA has released a “CET Diksuchi" booklet, which details the application process and lists the documents required for online registration. The KCET 2026 registration process will follow the "Application cum Verification Module". Some of the documents that you will require during the online registration are the SSLC/10th class mark sheet, the Aadhaar card, your photograph (in JPG format, less than 50 KB), your signature (in JPG format, less than 50 KB), and your mobile number and email ID .

The exam authority has released the KCET 2026 exam dates , and the entrance examination will be conducted on April 23 and 24, 2026 , in an online mode. Instructions to Upload Scanned Images on KCET 2026 Registration Portal

You can scan and edit the images through different mobile applications available on the Google Play Store. You can also get these images scanned through an internet centre. Here are the detailed instructions that you must follow to upload the scanned images on the KCET application portal –

  • Mobile pictures are not allowed

  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm

  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of the Candidate’s Signature

  • Sign with a black ballpoint pen on an A4 sheet (the background of the paper should be white in colour)

  • Scan the A4 sheet and go for the image editing option on your mobile or through an internet center

  • Crop the image and make sure that only the signature part is cropped

  • File Size: 5 to 40 KB

  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of Left-Hand Thumb Impression

  • Through a stamp pad or ink, put your thumb impression on an A4 sheet

  • Scan the A4 sheet and crop the image so that only the thumb impression part is visible (can be done through a mobile app or internet café)

  • File Size: 5 to 40 KB

  • File Dimension: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

  • File Format: jpg/jpeg

Scanned Image of Parent Signature

  • Ask your parent to sign with a black ballpoint pen on an A4 sheet (the background of the paper should be white in colour)

  • Scan the A4 sheet and go for the image editing option on your mobile or through an internet centre

  • Crop the image and make sure that only the signature part is cropped

  • The size of the signature can be less than 20 KB, and the format of the image should be JPEG/JPG format
