IIT Roorkee commenced GATE 2025 registration through GOAPS on August 28, 2024. The application process of GATE includes online registration, application form fill-up, uploading of relevant documents, and application fee payment before the final submission. GATE application form 2025 without a late fee could be submitted till October 3, 2024. The last date of application form submission with a late fee was October 11, 2024.
The GATE 2025 application form correction last date was extended to November 22, 2024, for PwD students. The application form correction window for regular students was closed on November 20, 2024. During this period, only certain details or mistakes made while filling out the registration form could be modified or edited,
GATE 2025 Admit Card Date
IIT Roorkee issued the
GATE 2025 admit card
on January 7, 2025. The GATE 2025 hall ticket is available on the GOAPS portal at goaps.iitr.ac.in/login. It is mandatory for all to carry a copy of the GATE 2025 admit card to the test centre on the day of the examination failing which they shall not be allowed to take the GATE exam 2025.
New GATE admit cards has been released on February 10, 2025, for the February 15 and 16 exams due to changes in the exam centres. The GATE 2025 exam centre in Prayagraj has been shifted to Lucknow due to Mahakumbh.

IIT Roorkee has released the provisional GATE 2025 answer key on February 27, 2025, for all 30 papers. The GATE answer key was released on the GOAPs portal at goaps.iitr.ac.in. Along with the answer key of GATE 2025, the GATE response sheet 2025 was also released. You can use the GATE answer key 2025 to check the correct answer and calculate your tentative scores. IIT Roorkee has extended the GATE answer key correction facility for provisional students till March 15, 2025. The GATE 2025 answer key objection window for other students was opened from February 27 to March 1, 2025. The authority will review the objections raised by students and publish the GATE 2025 final answer key after resolving the issues, tentatively in March 2025.
GATE 2025 Counselling Date
The GATE counselling date 2025 has been announced after the declaration of the result. Those of you who qualify GATE exam 2025, 2024 and 2023 are eligible to take part in the counselling rounds to get a seat in the GATE participating colleges 2025. The counselling for GATE is done through two portals. GATE counselling 2025 for admission to IITs is done through COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) while for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs is conducted through CCMT (Centralized Counselling for M.
