JEECUP 2025 Counselling Process
The counselling process of JEECUP 2025 is being held in an online mode. The seat allotment result will be released after the completion of each round. There are various steps that will be included in the JEECUP 2025 counselling process, such as registration, fee payment, choice filling & locking, document verification, etc. Those who have qualified for the exam will first have to register for counselling. Step 1: Registration | Register for JEECUP Counselling 2025. You will have to fill out the registration form using all the important details and generate a new password. |
Step 2: Fee Payment | After generating a new password and submitting the registration form, pay the JEECUP 2025 counselling fee to complete your registration. It is important for you to read the complete terms & conditions before paying the fee for JEECUP counselling, as the fee will be non-refundable. |
Step 3: Choice Filling & Locking | After the successful registration, you will have to fill in your choices for college and courses before the last date. The choice filling should be in the order of priority, and fill in as many choices as you want to maximise their chance of getting a seat. It is also important for you to lock your choices before the last date, or else the choices made will be automatically locked on the last date. |
Step 4: Seat Allotment | During the seat allotment process, you will be allotted seats on the basis of your JEECUP 2025 rank and choices. If you accept the seat allotted, you will have to pay an acceptance fee of INR 3000/-, which will be later adjusted in the admission fee. |
Step 5: Acceptance (Freeze/ Float) | After the seat allocation, pay the acceptance fees and select one of the two options:

Step 6: Document Verification & Reporting | After the seat allotment process, those who have selected the freeze option will have to pay the admission fee online and report at the allotted institute to submit their documents for verification. |
Step 7: Final Admission Process | After document verification and payment of the admission fee, the admission process will be completed. |
JEECUP 2025 Counselling Fee
It is mandatory to pay the JEECUP 2025 counselling fee at the time of registration. If you fail to pay the JEECUP 2025 counselling fee within the stipulated time, then you won’t be allowed to proceed with the further process. The JEECUP 2025 counselling fee is INR 3250/- and can be paid either in online mode (debit/ credit/ net banking) or offline mode (E-challan). From the counselling fee, the INR 3000 will be adjusted in the tuition fees, and INR 250 will be payable as the counselling fees.
JEECUP 2025 Counselling Document Verification
You must submit your documents for verification at the time of the JEECUP counselling. Those who fail to submit their documents will be disqualified from the JEECUP 2025 counselling process. It is also important for you to bring one original and two photocopies of all the documents to the prescribed centre.
