For all candidates
Class 10th certificate, consisting of the candidate's date of birth (can also submit birth certificate).
Class 12th or equivalent examination certificate (for the candidates who have passed the qualifying exam in the current year). If the mark sheet/ pass certificate of the qualifying exam is available, then it must be uploaded.
If the name of the candidate is not the same as given in the Class 10th / birth certificate, a gazette notification showing the change of name must be submitted.
For Admission Under the GEN-EWS category
GEN-EWS certificate that should have been issued by the competent authority on or after April 01 of the current year, complying with the latest guidelines of the Government of India.
The candidates need to upload a declaration if they fail to submit the certificate at the time of filling out the application form.
For Admission Under the OBC-NCL category
OBC-NCL certificate that should have been issued by the competent authority on or after April 01 of the current year, complying with the latest guidelines of the Government of India.

For Admission Under the DS category
A certificate must be submitted that should have been issued by the Armed Forces Personnel record offices.
