The Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission 2025 is conducted by the School Education and Sports Department through the Centralised Online Admission Process (CAP). Students whose names will appear on the FYJC 2025 merit list can participate in the FYJC 11th admission. Candidates who want to participate in Round 1 can complete their registration by visiting the official website, mahafyjcadmissions.in. FYJC 2025 Round 1 admission will continue till June 18, 2025. The FYJC 1st Merit List 2025 will be released on June 5, 2025. Students can submit their objections between June 6 to June 7, 2025. The final 1st merit list will be published on June 8, 2025. The students whose names do not appear on the 1st merit list should wait for the 2nd and 3rd merit lists.

Nagpur FYJC 11th Eligibility 2025

Students who wish to apply for Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission 2025 must check the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

  • Students must have passed their class 10 or SSC or equivalent exam with English as one of the subjects.
  • Candidates who have passed their Class 10 exams with General Mathematics as a subject can apply for any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, and HSVC), but they cannot opt for mathematics in any of the streams. Those students are also not eligible for the Bifocal subjects in the Science stream.
  • For admission to the science stream, only those students who have passed their Class 10 examinations (Maharashtra SSC) or an equivalent examination with science as a subject are eligible. The student must have scored a minimum of 35% marks in science.
  • Students applying under the reserved category must need to provide the latest caste certificate against the reservation claimed during the admission process.

Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission Process 2025

The Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission Process 2025 begins when the Maharashtra SSC (Class 10th) result is declared. The different rounds of the admission process have been discussed below:

Zero Round: The Zero round begins before the beginning of regular rounds to enter into the Bifocal Streams and HSVC streams through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). This round starts the admission to various Junior Colleges coming under the management quota, minority quota, and intra-institutional in-house quota. All the vacant seats after the end of round zero are filled as per the merit of the students.

Three Regular Rounds: Three regular rounds will be conducted after the Zero round is over. In these three rounds, the seats are allotted based on a merit list prepared by the colleges for admitting students. The colleges are allotted based on the reservation policy. Candidates who will not secure a seat through the Zero round can apply for regular rounds.

Special Round: A special round will be conducted after the end of 3 regular rounds for those candidates who failed to grab a seat in earlier rounds. All the remaining students can participate in this FYJC 11th special round for admission.

FCFS Round: The First Come First Serve (FCFS) round is conducted to allot the vacant seats to candidates who failed to get any in the earlier rounds. It is based on first come first serve so those who are early will get the chance of admission. Apart from this, students who cancelled their admission in earlier rounds can also participate in this round.

Bifocal Admissions: Admission to the bifocal courses will be conducted based on a parallel admission process at the Junior College level as per merit. The students who have taken FYJC 11th admission through any round can participate in this bifocal admission process.

Admission for Other Board Students

Students from other boards such as CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, NIOS and other state boards who live beyond the concerned district area must have their original School Leaving Certificate countersigned on overleaf by the Education Officer of their respective district. On the school leaving certificate, the UDISE code should be mentioned.

For applicants who did not graduate from the Maharashtra State SSC Board, an application for eligibility must be submitted together with the required documentation.

Nagpur FYJC 11th Application Process 2025

Students who wish to get admitted to Class 11th in the first-year colleges in Maharashtra need to fill up the online application form. The FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission 2025 application form consists of two parts, Part I and Part II. Part I form fill-up process started before the declaration of the Maharashtra SSC result and needs to be approved only once. However, the part II form was released on June 5, 2025, after the declaration of the Maharashtra SSC result on May 27, 2025, and can be updated before each round of admission.

The candidates must follow the steps given below to fill the Nagpur FYJC 11th Admission 2025:

Part 1 Application Form

  1. Visit the official website mentioned above.
  2. A new page will open, click on the application form link.
  3. The information of regular students appearing for admission will appear automatically on the screen. The candidates will be able to check their information after entering their SSC seat number.
  4. If the information does not appear on the screen automatically, the candidates will have to fill in the information manually.
  5. Further, the students are required to fill the admission form using all the necessary information such as name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, categories, etc.
  6. Provide all documents required for approval.
  7. Take a printout of the application form and save it for further reference.
  8. The students whose form is not approved will have the pending tag and will not be considered for the online admission process. Such students can also not fill out the Part 2 form.

Part 2 Application Form

  1. The students will be able to fill the Part 2 form after completion & approval of the Part 1 form.
  2. As Part 1 completes, you will be directed to Part 2 which will display the total marks & percentage of the best 5 subjects in SSC. The candidates will have to enter the SSC marks manually.
  3. The students will have to enter their marks and choose a stream and medium of instructions for admission.
  4. The list of junior colleges will be displayed. The candidates will have to select the college as per their preference.
  5. The candidates can select a minimum of one and a maximum of 10 Junior colleges for admission.
  6. After filling out the form, the candidates will have to take a printout of the form and save it for future reference.

FYJC Nagpur 11th Admission Fees

The admission fees for aided division of Nagpur Junior Colleges will be as per the fees fixed by the Government of Maharashtra. However, the admission fees for self-financed and un-aided Junior Colleges in Nagpur will be as per the Maharashtra Educational Institutes (regulation of fees) act 2011 by the School Management. So, as per this, all different colleges can have different fees. Also, for both IT and Bifocal subjects, separate fees will be charged.
