After Securing a Seat in JoSAA Round 2

Freeze : If you secured a seat in the JoSAA round 2 counselling, then the freeze option will let you accept the seat and proceed with the admission by paying the partial admission fee.
Float: If you get a seat but you want a different college or branch, then you will have to select the float option in JoSAA round 2 counselling
Slide: If you are not happy with the allotted branch and want a higher branch but in the same college, then you will have to select the slide option.
Reject:
If you are not satisfied with JoSAA counselling and wish to withdraw from JoSAA counselling, then you can choose the reject option. However, if you do not have any backup, then you should not exit the JoSAA counselling.
