The curriculum at LPU is designed to foster a deep understanding of animal diversity, including a comprehensive knowledge of the scientific classification and evolutionary relationships among major animal groups. Students are also trained to analyze the intricate relationship between structure and function across different levels of biological organization within various animal groups. Furthermore, LPU places great importance on educating students about animal reproduction and the ways in which animals interact with their environment, taking into account the biological, chemical, and physical processes that occur in both natural and impacted environments.
