You can take admission to part-time M.E. in Structural Engineering at Saveetha Engineering College which is of a total of 3 years duration. However, to get the admission, it is required for the candidates to qualify GATE entrance exam for selection.

About mobile : Should we use mobile phones in campus not in classroom...also can we take nd come phone ?

No college allows students to use a mobile phone in classrooms. However, you can use mobile out of the campus/ on the premises of college such as canteen, recreation area etc.
