CCMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria - Check Course-Wise Requirements, Special Eligibility Conditions

CCMT 2025 Eligibility Criteria: The authorities will release the CCMT 2025 eligibility criteria on the official website at ccmt.admissions.nic.in. To be eligible for CCMT counselling, you must have passed the GATE exam either in 2025, 2024, or 2023. Students belonging to GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC must have scored 60% or 6.5 CGPA in GATE. Students belonging to SC/ST/PwD must have scored 55% or 6.0 CGPA in GATE. The CCMT eligibility criteria 2025 will include complete details about educational GATE validity, passing year, minimum marks in GATE, minimum marks in B.Tech, etc. You have to fulfill all the conditions of the CCMT 2025 eligibility criteria or your application for counselling will be rejected. • If the qualifying degree results are still pending, students may be granted provisional admission as long as they fulfill the minimum qualifying degree criteria before September 30, 2025. During document verification, a certificate to that effect from the head of the present institute (in the format provided on the CCMT website) has to be turned in.
• Eligibility for each programme is determined by a mix of degree subjects and the GATE exam.

Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply for CCMT 2025 counselling. The authorities will begin the CCMT counselling registration process likely in May 2025. To complete the CCMT registration process 2025, the student must keep educational and residential details handy. Documents like passport size, photographs, and official signatures will also be required to be uploaded during CCMT registration. To complete the application form, students have to pay the application fee which varies according to the student’s category. CCMT Counselling Process 2025

Online Registration: Visit the CCMT official website at ccmt.admissions.nic.in and click on the CCMT registration link. Register by providing your information such as, GATE passing year, specialization name, educational qualification, etc, and pay the fees. Each category has a different registration fee.

Online Choice Filling and Locking: The authorities will open the CCMT choice filling and choice locking window for a while. During the choice-filling process, provide the name of the college and courses you wish to take admission. You must lock choices before the deadline.

Online Seat Allocation: The authorities will release the CCMT 2025 seat allotment result online as per your choices filled, GATE scores, seat availability, etc. If you are assigned seats you have to make an online deposit for the seat acceptance fee.

Physical Reporting at Reporting Centre: You have to physically report to the closest reporting center to get your documents verified and indicate whether you are willing to accept the assigned seat or not.

Physical Reporting to the Allotted Institution for Admission: Following the upgrading round, you must physically report to the designated institution for admission within the given time frame.
