For GFTI admission, candidates should aim for 150-180 marks which can get them a percentile of 90-95 and 40,000-60,000 rank. This rank can open the doors for top GFTIs like School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, Assam University, etc. However, with a low rank like 70,000 and above also, candidates can get seats at low popular GFTIs like Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc. JEE Main qualifying marks to get eligible for GFTIs for the common rank list is 90+, Gen/ EWS is 75+, OBC is 73+, SC is 51+ and ST is 37+ to get eligible for NIT admission.

JEE Main Cutoff for GFTIs 2025

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the JEE Mains GFTI Cutoff 2025 in 5 Rounds. The cutoff changes in various rounds depending on the number of available seats, the preferences of the students, and the performance of the students in the respective rounds. The JEE Main cutoff for GFTIs is not always the same. The cutoff for JEE Main is determined by several factors, including:

Difficulty level of the exam: The difficulty level of the JEE Main 2025 exam will play a crucial role in determining the cutoff for GFTIs. If the exam is relatively easy, the cutoff will be higher, and if it is difficult, the cutoff will be lower.
Number of candidates appearing for the exam: The number of candidates appearing for the JEE Main 2025 exam will also have an impact on the cutoff for GFTIs.
