IIT Dharwad scholarships are offered on a merit basis and financial assistance to eligible students. We have tabulated below the various kinds of IIT Dharwad scholarships available for the students

Eligibility CriteriaFee Waiver 
Merit Cum Means Scholarship The gross income of parents (Father/Mother/Both) for the previous financial year (i.e. 2016-17) should not be more than Rs 4.5 lakhs. The Merit Cum Means scholarship is available to General/OBC (NC) category candidates.The amount of merit cum means scholarship at IIT Dharwad is Rs 1000 per month with the benefit of a free tuition fee
Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for SC Students

The total annual family income from all the sources should not be more than Rs 4.5 Lakhs

The admission to IIT Dharwad BE/B.Tech courses is offered to interested candidates on the basis of JEE Main and JEE Advanced cutoff. The seats for JEE Advanced qualified candidates is allotted through the JoSAA counselling. The IIT Dharwad JEE Advanced 2022 cutoff for BE/B.Tech courses was 16615 for the general category All India quota.
