Many of the Tier-2 MBA colleges in India select students for admission on the basis of SNAP exam. Candidates seeking admission in the MBA and PGDM courses of SIBM Pune will have to clear the SNAP 2020 exam.
The SNAP 2020 important dates have been announced. SNAP 2021 will be conducted on Dec 20, Jan 6 and Jan 9, 2021. Candidates preparing for SNAP must form a tentative list of colleges for which they want to apply through the SNAP score.
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, commonly referred to as SNAP, is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted in India. If you are applying for admission to any of the Symbiosis colleges or any other MBA college in India, for that matter, chances are that you must have heard of SNAP. Even though only a handful of colleges out of the Symbiosis ecosystem accept the score of SNAP for management admission, SNAP remains one of the popular MBA entrance exams. Part of the reason behind this is that SIU itself is a strong group of 16 institutes for which SNAP is the key to admission. Also, the Symbiosis Group of Institutes are some of the top MBA colleges in South India.

Candidates may apply to all the colleges affiliated to SIU via SNAP application form. All the symbiosis colleges along with the programs will be provided in the application form of SNAP. Candidates may choose any number of colleges where they are looking for admission. They will have to pay some additional charges depending on the number of institutes, they are applying for admission. Candidates may check the detailed process to fill the application form of SNAP from the official website of SNAP.
To take admission to the colleges on the basis of SNAP score, candidates must clear the SNAP cutoff of their chosen college. Candidates who have filled the application form for the college and have cleared the SNAP percentile cutoff are then shortlisted for admission. Shortlisted candidates are then required to appear for a GD / PI round at the college. The GD / PI round may also be conducted online.
Finally, the college compiles the list of finalised candidates selected for the course based on the candidates' overall performance in the entrance exam and interview as well as the information shared in their SNAP application form.
Candidates must ensure that they follow a good preparation strategy for SNAP to be able to secure a seat in their chosen MBA college.
