To avoid a situation where two or more students may end up receiving the same marks, the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will provide a tie-breaking policy to determine your merit in the COMEDK UGET exam 2025. We have summarized the COMEDK UGET 2025 tie-breaking rule in the following points.

• Students with a higher percentile score of Physics and Mathematics marks taken together will be given priority.

• If the tie remains, the higher percentile score in Mathematics will be given weightage.

• If the tie persists, a higher percentile score in Chemistry will be given weightage.

• If the tie still remains, the age of the examinee will be considered. The elder student is automatically ranked higher than the younger one.

What After COMEDK UGET 2025 Merit List?

After the publication of the COMEDK UGET merit list 2025, the next stage is the counselling process.
