You need to select this if you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you and do not wish to participate in subsequent rounds. Further, you need to visit the allotted college with the allotment letter and fee payment receipt.

You need to select this if you are satisfied with the allotted seat but wish to participate in further rounds for better allotment. If higher seats are allotted to you in the next round, the previous seat will get canceled and vice versa.

Steps 

Process

Step 1

After your document verification is complete, visit the official website. You will see the option of choice filling when you log in to the portal.

Step 2

Click on the Choice Filling link.

Step 3

Select add preference based on the college list/course list. 

You can also select the college and then ‘View College/Course List” to get the complete list.

After selecting a college, click on the Courses table to view the list of courses offered by the college. 

You can also click on the ‘college’ or ‘course’ buttons to change your view from college to course list or vice versa in the College/Course table.

Step 4

Click on the add button to add your preference of college/ course.

Step 5

Add the colleges/ courses in the order of priority (1,2,3,4…)

Make sure your selected college and course is visible on the select preference table.

Step 6

Click on the Save button after filling your choice to save your preference.

Step 7

Repeat steps 3 to 5 until you fill in all your preferences.

Step 8

After completing the choice filling, click on the Save button to view all your preferences.

Click on the preview button to verify all the details.

Options Removal

If you want to remove any option from the table, you can click on the remove button available on the right-hand side of the option.

Change of Preference

If you want to change your order of preference, you can do it by selecting the up or down arrow to change the order.

After making changes to the preference table, click on the Save button to save your preferences.
