JEE Main Syllabus with Weightage: The National Testing Agency is conducting the JEE Mains 2024 exam in two sessions. JEE Main 2024 Session 1 was held from January 24 to February 1, 2024 and Session 2 will be held from April 3, 2024 onwards. The authorities had also released the JEE Main Syllabus on its official website for candidates to begin their preparations well in advance. JEE Main B.Arch Syllabus 2024

JEE Main B.Arch Syllabus is based upon topics from the sections of Aptitude, Mathematics and Drawing carrying a weightage of 50%, 25% and 25% respectively. The JEE Main syllabus for Mathematics in JEE Main Paper 2 is the same as that of the Mathematics syllabus in JEE Main Paper 1.

JEE Main Drawing Syllabus 2024

Sketching of scenes and activities from memory of urbanscape (public space, market, festivals, street scenes, monuments, recreational spaces, etc). landscape (riverfronts. Jungle. Gardens, trees. Plants, etc.) and rural life.

JEE Main B.Planning Syllabus 2024

JEE Main B.Planning Syllabus PDF is based on topics from the sections of Aptitude, Mathematics and Planning carrying a weightage of 50%, 25% and 25% respectively. The aptitude and mathematics section in the JEE Main B.Planning Syllabus is the same as that of B.Arch Syllabus.

Is the JEE 2024 syllabus released?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main syllabus for 2024 with some new updates and revisions. The new syllabus is based on the latest NCERT textbooks for Class 11 and 12.

What is the exam pattern of JEE Main 2024?

The JEE Main entrance exam has a total of 90 questions from all three subjects. The exam has 30 questions each from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Out of 30 questions, 20 are multiple choice questions and 10 are questions with numerical value answers.

 

Is 89 a good score in JEE Main 2024?

A JEE Main score of 250 or higher is regarded as good and a JEE Mains score of 85-95 percentile is ideal for getting into NITs and IITs through the exam. Candidates must also be in the top 15,000 to 20,000 ranks to be accepted into the best NITs and IITs.

Is the JEE Main exam 2024 going to be tough?

As the NTA has reduced the JEE Main 2024 syllabus, it builds a possibility that the JEE Main 2024 exam may be tougher in comparison to the previous year. This relief of reduction in the JEE Main syllabus for candidates can also increase the chances for the JEE Main 2024 exam to be tougher.

 

Is the syllabus reduced for JEE Main 2024?

In the reduced syllabus of JEE Main 2024, most topics have been removed from Chemistry with 6 units completely removed and around 20 topics removed from 5 other units. In Physics, Communication Systems units have been completely removed while many topics have been removed from 15 units.

 

How many chapters are there in JEE Main 2024?

There are a total of 16 chapters from Mathematics, 21 chapters from Physics and 28 chapters from Chemistry in JEE Main 2024. However, after the release of the latest JEE Main deleted syllabus 2024, 8 chapters from Chemistry have been deleted, 1 from Physics and 2 from Maths.
