Tips to Score 90+ in Physics

Following are the tricks and tips to score 90+ marks in JEE Main Physics:

Analyze the Exam Pattern and Syllabus of JEE Main 2023

The first step to a healthy preparation is knowing the JEE Main exam pattern 2023 and syllabus. Knowing the JEE Main 2023 syllabus will help the candidates to analyze and interpret the topics asked in the JEE Main 2023 entrance exam. Knowing the exam pattern will help the candidates to know the types of questions asked in the JEE Main Physics exam, the weightage of the question paper, the duration of the exam, the languages available, the marking scheme, etc.

Prepare a Timetable

A solid preparation for JEE Main 2023 Physics will require the preparation of a timetable for each topic and chapter. The timetable should be constructed in such a way that all the topics despite favoritism and disliking. All the chapters and topics should be given equal importance. Candidates should keep in mind that there should be time and space for meals, sleep, and relaxation time. Apart from all of these, a healthy timetable should also include off days.

Make Notes

It is advisable to prepare notes on the topics learned so that it becomes handy during the last-minute preparation and whatever learners have taken down in it. These notes should be made colorful and highlighted so that it doesn't become basic note. Notes can also be made in the form of bar graphs, pie charts, and in a diagrammatic way to make it more interesting.

Refer to the Best Books

Candidates preparing for JEE Main 2023 physics are required to follow the best reference books in the market. While buying these reference books candidates should keep two things in mind. These books should cover the full syllabus of JEE Main 2023 and should not be written by some unknown and unauthorized sources. The best books for JEE Main 2023 Physics have been discussed in the table above.

Revise Regularly

Revision is the key to effective preparation. Therefore the more revision is done, the more cognition over the topic will be gained. Revise the basic topics, keep the easy topics in mind, quickly prepare them at first then attempt revising the harder ones later. Physics revolves around concepts and logic. Occasionally, the subject can get more difficult especially when the questions begin getting more conceptual. Physics is a subject that is stressed by a lot of JEE Main candidates and most of them stress out and give up on physics very soon. Due to this, it is truly crucial to understand the difficulty level and weightage of various topics in JEE Main 2023 physics. Some of the easy topics in JEE Main 2023 physics include Work, Energy and Power, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Wave Optics, Ray Optics, etc.

Practice Sample Papers, Previous Years Question Papers

Since time management is the key ingredient to mastering a national-level entrance exam such as JEE Main 2023, candidates are required to practice the sample papers, previous years' question papers of JEE Main 2023, and mock tests so that they are aware of the question pattern and can figure out the past year questions. Time management is crucial because candidates are required to complete a good number of questions within a stipulated period of time. Therefore if candidates have not mastered the time management skill then it will be tough for them to finish the question paper on time.
