Lam Vijaykanth, Content Team

Dear Student,

Spot counselling is the last round of counselling, usually organized by the respective colleges/universities to fill the remaining vacant seats after the completion of the official admission process. If you were not able to secure a seat or are dissatisfied with the allotted seats in the initial counselling rounds, or if you want to take admission in the same college but under a different course/ programme, then you may participate in the spot round. However, you should know that spot-round counselling does not guarantee a seat. We suggest you check the respective college website to know all the …

Rupsa, Content Team

Dear Student,

Most engineering colleges offer admission based on the score/rank achieved in the entrance examination and previous academic performance in 10+2. The possibility of admission strictly depends on the availability of the seats. Direct admissions are generally conducted after the completion of the official counseling process only if there are vacant seats to be filled. Therefore, if you could let us know your preferred location where you want admission, desired course, and details such as your ranks and academic score, we will be able to suggest some good colleges for you. Meanwhile, we suggest you take a look at …
