AP PGECET 2023 Seat Allotment

AP PGECET Seat Allotment is the procedure through which candidates participating in the counselling process are allocated seats for admission to their preferred colleges and courses. As per the rules, these seats are allocated on the basis of the ranks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination and the choices filled in by them during the AP PGECET Web Options 2023 round. The conducting body responsible for AP PGECET counselling releases the seat allotment results separately for GATE/GPAT qualifiers and AP PGECET qualifiers. Once the allotment result is out, candidates are required to download the seat allotment letter and pay the acceptance fee before reporting to the allotted institute. 

AP PGECET 2023 Seat Allotment – Steps to Check the Result

Candidates who appeared for the AP PGECET Counselling 2023 and awaiting the seat allotment result can follow the instructions given below to check the AP PGECET Seat Allotment 2023:

Step 1: Visit the official AP PGECET counselling website – pgcet-sche.aptonline.in

Step 2: On the homepage, under the ‘Important Dates’ section, click on the ‘Allotment of Seats’ link 

Step 3: Enter your AP PGECET Registration ID and Password in the login section

Step 4: View the seat allotment result of AP PGECET in PDF format on the screen

Step 5: Download and Save the allotment result, and take a printout of the same for future reference 

AP PGECET 2023 Seat Allotment – Detailed Process, Seat Acceptance 

After the AP PGECET Seat Allotment 2023 is released, candidates will have the option to accept the seats by paying a fee and then report to the allocated institute as per the schedule. The detailed post-allotment procedure is outlined below to steer away any confusion candidates might have regarding the same.

  • First, candidates who have been assigned a seat in the allotment result will need to download the provisional allotment letter from the official website The AP PGECET Seat Allotment Letter 2023 is a vital document and it is mandatory for all candidates to provide the same at the time of reporting for admission. 

  • While downloading the seat allotment letter, candidates will have to lock or confirm the allotted seat. They can do so by clicking on the ‘Freeze’ option before proceeding to the payment details.

  • The next step involves paying the seat acceptance fee. Candidates can pay the fee online using online mode or by downloading the bank challan and completing the payment at the nearest branch. Candidates are instructed to keep the transaction receipt safe and handy. If a candidate fails to complete the fee payment before the deadline, the seat allotted to him/her shall be cancelled. 

  • After the fee payment, candidates with the provisional admission letter must visit the respective institute along with the AP PGECET 2023 Seat Allotment Letter and necessary documents to complete the admission process.

To secure admission to the polytechnic programme in the mechanical branch at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Polytechnic Mathura, you must have passed class 10 from a recognised board with at least 45% marks. The final selection is based on the JEECUP exam and counselling. The counselling process began on August 17, 2023. If you meet all the requirements, admission will be granted.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Diploma in Electronics Engineering course at Government Polytechnic, Mainpuri, include passing class 10 or class 12 from a recognized board with at least 35% marks. The course is offered in the full-time mode for a duration of 3 years and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
