JSS College has well equipped modern labs with the latest equipment to facilitate the students’ training. The college provides hostel accommodation only for girls. It is compulsory for students under basic B.Sc. program. The Institute has a state of the art library with a rich collection of books, journals and reports for the students’ curricular needs. Apart from basic facilities the library also has magazines, research documents, CDs, Audio and Video Cassettes on various topics. The library also has a digital library and Xerox facilities. JSS Hospital has 1800 indoor beds with multi-specialty departments such as Cardiology, Neurology, ENT, etc. The JSS Hospital and Dental College Hospital helps the students acquire knowledge in various clinical matters. The College has a branch of State Bank of Mysore and Syndicate Bank on campus for the students to avail banking and ATM facilities. The college also has an on-campus post office. The students are given facilities for indoor and outdoor games such as table tennis, carom, cricket, basketball, etc. The students can also join the “Yoga Kendra” to pursue training in Yogasanas and Pranayama. JSS College has an active NSS (National Service Scheme) scheme as well which actively participates in community service and social work.
