BSc Nursing admission through NEET 2025 is granted by participating in the All India Quota (AIQ) or State Quota counselling. Admission into this 4-year BSc Nursing Course is offered via scores obtained in NEET or any entrance exams conducted at the state and institute levels. The state-level or central level NEET 2025 BSc Nursing admissions will be held after the NEET UG 2025 Result .

To enroll in BSc Nursing, students from reserved categories must have completed class 12th with 50% aggregate scores, while reserved category students are required to score 40 to 45% aggregate score in class 12. It is mandatory to have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects in class 12 to get admission in BSc Nursing through NEET scores. However, starting from this year, NTA allows students with Biology and Biotechnology as additional subjects in class 12 to appear in the NEET UG 2025 Exam . Also, B.Sc Nursing Admissions in India 2025 is set to be carried out by a few states independently as per the rules of the Indian Nursing Council.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Nursing Admission through NEET 2025

Students who wish to enrol in top BSc Nursing colleges in India must meet the eligibility criteria released by NTA for B.Sc Nursing Admission through NEET.
  • Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year for BSc Nursing through NEET
  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology, and English. Students with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject can also apply.
  • General category candidates need a minimum of 50%, while SC/ST/OBC need 40%.
  • NEET is necessary for BSc Nursing admission via MCC's AIQ or other state-level counselling. To enrol in a Nursing course, it is mandatory to qualify for any BSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2025.
  • As per NEET's reservation policy,  3% of the reservation will be provided to Person with Disability (PwD) candidates, 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 15% to Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% to Scheduled Tribes (SC), and 17% to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

NEET BSc Nursing Application Form 2025

To be eligible for BSc Nursing through NEET, interested applicants are advised to complete their registration before the deadline. Step 1: Registration

As per NEET Exam Pattern 2025 , a total 200 questions, out of which applicants need to answer 180 questions. The questions in the NEET exam are divided into two sections: Section A and Section B.
