B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria for NEET 2024

As per the recent notification released by the official authorities, the Indian Nursing Council (INC) prescribed B.Sc Nursing admission through NEET 2024. While the NTA has no role in determining the eligibility conditions for NEET 2024, all candidates are required to keep a close eye on the latest update on NEET UG eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing. Some of the basic eligibility criteria for admission through 2024 are mentioned below:

  • Minimum age: Candidates must be at least 17 years of age as of December 31 of the same year of nursing admission.

  • Qualifying examination: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with compulsory subjects of physics, chemistry, biology, and English.

  • Aggregate marks: General category candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 45% marks, while SC/ST/OBC candidates must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks.

  • Reservation policy: 3% of the reservation will be provided to Person with Disability (PwD) candidates, 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 15% to Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% to Scheduled Tribes (SC), and 17% to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

NEET BSc Nursing Application Form 2024

Step 1: Registration 

Prospective candidates should register on neet.nta.nic.in to apply for NEET-UG 2024. During registration, personal, identification, and communication details must be provided on the registration page.
