The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute has many objectives centred around the students’ welfare and future. They aim to create able and confident individuals in the field of healthcare. Nurses, paramedics and hospital administrators and managers are an integral part of the Healthcare Industry and the Institute aims to provide quality professionals to fill these demands. The T&P Cell also work for career development and newer opportunities for the students of the Institute through professional and developmental programs organized on a regular basis. The Placement cell is proactive and the initiative taken by the Cell has ensured good placement positions for the students of the Institute. 

The Placement cell also focuses on competency enhancement for both technical and soft skills for ensuring “day-one” employability for the students. Besides, students can also participate in entrepreneurship awareness camps and specialized training. 

As per the statistics, more than 20 companies visited the campus in 2021 and students received placements in good positions.
