The Nandha Engineering College placement process includes the training of the students in the first stage and the final placement interview in the second part. For the first part, the Nandha Engineering College placement cell helps the students train and prepare by conducting value-added programmes, placement workshops, soft skills training, personality development programmes and plenty of other developmental programmes that help the students build better resumes and better skills. They also provide one-on-one career counselling and career development sessions for the students.
