JEE Advanced Application Form 2022: IIT Bombay will be releasing the application form of JEE Advanced 2022 on August 7, 2022. Candidates who are willing to appear for the exam and get admitted to the top IITs are advised to fill out the application form within the due date. The last date to apply for the JEE Advanced 2022 application form is August 12, 2022. The JEE Advanced 2022 entrance exam is scheduled by the authorities on August 28, 2022. 
Candidates who will be eligible after appearing in the JEE Main exam will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced. Therefore while filling up the application form, there are certain formalities and documents that have to be present. It is subsequently very important for the candidates to know the list of documents that are required for filling out the application form so that they do not make any mistakes.

List of Documents Required to Register for JEE Advanced 2022

It is important for the candidates to keep ready all the documents for JEE Advanced 2022 Application Form. The list of documents required for JEE Advanced 2022 Application Form are as follows:

For All candidates

  • Class 10th certificate consisting of candidate's date of birth (can also submit birth certificate).

  • Class 12th or equivalent examination certificate (for the candidates who have passed the qualifying exam in the current year). If the mark sheet/ pass certificate of the qualifying exam is available then it must be uploaded.

  • If the name of the candidate is not the same as given in the Class 10th / birth certificate, a gazette notification showing the change of name must be submitted.

For Admission Under the GEN-EWS category

  • GEN-EWS certificate that should have been issued by the competent authority on or after April 01 of the current year, complying with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. 

  • The candidates need to upload a declaration if they fail to submit the certificate at the time of filling the application form.

For Admission Under the OBC-NCL category

  • OBC-NCL certificate that should have been issued by the competent authority on or after April 01 of the current year, complying with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. 

  • The candidates need to upload a declaration if they fail to submit the certificate at the time of filling the application form.

For Admission Under the SC or ST category

  • Caste Certificate that should have been issued by the competent authority on or after April 01 of the current year, complying with the latest guidelines of the Government of India. 

For Admission Under the PwD category

  • Physical Disability certificate that should have been issued by the competent medical authority.

  • The FORM-DYSLEXIC 1 must be submitted by the candidates under the Dyslexia category which must show "Severe" remarks under the category. Only then the candidates will be eligible for PwD category benefits.

For compensatory time

  • The candidates must submit a letter to the Chairman of the nearest Zonal Coordinating IIT through the compensatory time form and the Disability Certificate (copy).

For Scribe Services

  • The candidates must submit a request letter to the Chairman of the nearest Zonal coordinating IIT through the Scribe form.

For Admission Under the DS category

  • A certificate must be submitted that should have been issued by the Armed Forces Personnel record offices.

For Students Whose Class 12th Examination Board is Outside India or Not Listed

  • The students must submit a certificate issued from the Association of Indian Universities to showcase that the exam qualified by the candidate is equivalent to the Class 12th examination.

Important Note: If it is found that a candidate has submitted the wrong document or does not have the required documents, the candidate will be excluded from the process of evaluation, ranking, and admission. In case such a candidate has already been admitted to any IIT, the admission of the candidate will be canceled.
