Vels University Placement Cell 

The Vels University Placement cell is known as the Centre for Career Development (CCD). It comprises a team of a chief placement officer and two placement executives. The CCD is a body that facilitates all Vels University placement and employment-related activities. It also works to create training and internship opportunities for the students. Its sole mission is to bridge the gap between the demand for employable human resources and the companies that need them. Vels University placement cell also establishes company and recruiter relationships and provides a platform of opportunities for the students to use. 

Vels University Placement Process 

The students are eligible for Vels University placement interviews once they reach the final year of their courses. Depending on their area of interest and the job description listed by different companies, they are allowed to apply and appear for these interviews. The Vels University placement process involves training the students in various aspects, like soft skills, language, and communication skills, awareness building in trends in technology as well as physical life skills like yoga, fitness, health and hygiene. Ultimately, all of these result in the performance of the students during the final placement interview. 

Vels University Placement Reports  

The feedback and comments left by former students as well as parents of the students reflect on the good work of the placement cell and their successful delivery of the promises made to the students.
