Bihar UGMAC MBBS Admission Process 2023: The Bihar NEET Counselling 2023 registration for offline round 3 allotment has started on September 20, 2023. The last date for depositing the application fee and registration is September 22, 2023 up to 11:59 pm. The round 3 rank card/merit list is scheduled to be released on September 23, 2023 Bihar NEET 2023 Counselling round 2 document verification has started on September 12 and ended on September 14, 2023. The Round 2 seat allotment result was published on September 11, 2023. Bihar UGMAC 2023 Round 2 choice filling ended on September 7, 2023. 

The last date for online Choice filling for seat allotment and locking was September 7. The Bihar UGMAC MBBS 2023 Round 1 provisional seat allotment result was released on August 24, 2023. The Bihar UGMAC MBBS 2023 merit list was released on August 7. The Bihar MBBS admission is conducted on the basis of NEET results and MBBS state merit lists. Aspirants with a valid NEET 2023 score in Bihar can apply for admission to the MBBS course in the state. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has invited applications from NEET UG 2023 qualified candidates for appearing in counselling of undergraduate medical admission counselling (UGMAC)- 2023. Bihar MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2023

Education Qualification: Passing NEET 2023and class 12 exams (with Physics, English, Biology, and Chemistry) is essential to be eligible for Bihar MBBS and BDS admissions. Check the details of qualifications below:

• General candidates must have secured 50% in class 12

• All other reserved category candidates must have secured 40% in class 12

Nativity/ Domicile Holders: Candidates must be permanent residents or domicile holders of Bihar in order to secure admission in Bihar medical colleges. Following are the exceptions to this rule who can claim seats under the 85% state quota:

• Wards with either of the parents who are refugees living in the state of Bihar

• Wards with either of the parents who are working for the state government of Bihar even if they are residents of other states

• Wards with either of the parents who work in a transferable job in either Bihar or Jharkhand

• Wards with either of the parents working for Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs) of the Government of India

• Wards with either of the parents working with the United Nations and are serving in Bihar

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens in order to apply for Bihar MBBS and BDS admissions 2023.

Age: Candidates should be no less than 17 and no more than 25 years of age as of December 31, 2023, and May 5, 2023 respectively.

Bihar MBBS Application Process 2023

Registration: Candidates have to register for Bihar MBBS and BDS admission by providing an email ID and valid contact number. The UGMAC ID is forwarded to the registered contact details for Bihar MBBS and BDS admissions 2023. This ID will be referred to throughout the admission process.

Filling Details: All NEET 2023 details must be filled correctly in the Bihar MBBS application form along with all the personal details. Candidates will also have to submit their signatures in either Hindi or English. Candidates must check each detail properly before submitting, as changes cannot be made after submission of each detail page.

Payment of Application Fees: Payment of application and counselling fees can either be done through challan that is to be deposited at any branch of Canara Bank with Rs. 60 bank charges. Candidates can also pay Bihar MBBS application fees online through net banking, debit card or credit card.

Bihar MBBS Selection Process 2023

Bihar MBBS and BDS selection process is conducted on the basis of NEET cut-off 2023. Candidates who have not appeared for the exam will not be able eligible for the Bihar MBBS selection process 2023. All seats in Bihar medical colleges will be allocated on the basis of the category of students, Bihar state ranks and NEET score 2023. To access the Bihar MBBS/BDS merit list 2023, aspirants need to enter their UGMAC ID and date of birth, filled in the application form. The merit rank of Bihar MBBS 2023 has the list of UGMAC ID of eligible candidates, categories of aspirants, date and time of seat allotment, scores obtained in NEET 2023. All seat allocation rounds from state to mop-up are conducted on the basis of the Bihar MBBS and BDS merit.

Bihar MBBS Counselling 2023

All candidates whose names will be mentioned in the Bihar merit list 2023 will be allocated counselling dates and venues for Bihar medical seat allocation. Candidates will have to be physically present and submit all necessary documents for verification along with a printout of the application form during the Bihar MBBS and BDS counselling process. Once the verification is complete, candidates can submit their choices for Bihar medical college seat allocation. Once the seats have been allocated, the list will be published and candidates will have to report at the allocated colleges.
