Hello Kumendrasingh, I cannot give you a definitive answer to this question. It is best to contact the Swaminarayana University Kalol directly and ask them about their payment policies. However, I can tell you that it is generally not possible to pay half of the fees now and the remaining half later. Most universities require full payment of the fees before the start of the semester. There are a few exceptions to this rule as some universities may allow students to pay their fees in installments.
