Placement: Placements: Around 70% students got placed. The highest package is of 10 LPA The lowest package is of 2 LPA The average package is of 4 LPA Top recruiting companies TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra Around 10% students got internships Top roles offered are design engineers, assistant engineers, data analyst .Placements: As of for our seniors batch there were about 3-7 companies have visited the campus, and about 10-20 students were campused. And the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month & the highest offered is Rs. 30,000 monthly. The roles offered were in the salesman, data entry, operator, production, quality, and in other roles. Now for our batch till now, 5-6 companies visited in that Sircus, Adani Gas Pvt.Ltd (Indian Oil), for other branches Sircus, Sriram Finance, etc. There are many possibilities of campus placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure: Hostel facilities is good. Sports facilities should be improved. The mess food is good and hygienic. The canteen facility should be improved. The Wi-Fi and library facility is good. Mess workers maintain regular hygiene . Environment is friendly and fresh .THE MAIN BRANCHES OF THE OF THE HIRASUGAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ARE 1.COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING 2.ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING IN THESE BRANCHES THE TOTAL STRENGTH OF THE STUDENTS ARE ABOVE 320 CS BRACH HAS MAXIMUM . STUDENTS AND E&C has 120 students maximum.The College is having an adequate number of Computer systems with the latest configuration. The college is having a strong OFC backbone from BSNL through a 50 Mbps Internet Leased Line connection. The institute provides a 24/7 secured Wi-Fi facility to all the faculties and students over the entire campus covered by 36 Wi-Fi Access points. The college's custom Email facility is also provided to all the faculty and staff members. The email address of the user is @hsit.ac.in. A separate Computer Centre is made available to students exclusively for Internet browsing purposes. Regular seminars are conducted for extra knowledge gain. The exams are bit easy. The passing percentage average this year is 70% .HIRASUGAR INSTITUTE of technology has best teachers team in all the branches mainly CS and ec branches are high STRENGTH branches in teaching very High experienceed teachers are present And they all are help to doubt solving concepts clearing Overall good teaching faculty is present.The teachers in the Hirasugar Institute of Technology - HIT are a lot better than the teachers in the nearby state technical institutions. The studies are not much difficult and are also affordable.

Hostel: Hostel: In this institute both girls and boys have seperate HOSTEL with comfort bed and clean room s available the hostel food is very good compared to North Karnataka Hostel is stirkt for girls and ragging will probithed in these both hostel.Hostel facilities are very good with 100% accommodation and single seater rooms. The infrastructure of the Hirasugar Institute of Technology - HIT hostel is very developed.
