Khalsa College of Pharmacy placement is managed by an expert panel known as the training and placement cell. The cell is headed by the placement officer Dr. Varinder Soni with assistance from Dr. Navneet Nagpal (co-ordinator) and Mrs. Tajpreet Kaur (member). The panel has a good relationship with the organisations and every year the top recruiters of Khalsa College of Pharmacy visit the campus for a placement drive. 

As a part of the curriculum, Khalsa College of Pharmacy internship is offered to students to make them industry-ready. During the internship, students are taught about real-life and practical exposures related to their field. Along with the recruitment and internships, the Khalsa College of Pharmacy offers assistance for higher education to students. The faculty makes sure the students are prepared for national-level entrance examinations for further studies.
