Kongunadu College of Nursing is spread over 19 acres of land and is surrounded by a lush green garden. The classrooms of the college are spacious, sound-proof and have a range of technological facilities such as OHP, AV Aids, LCD, Green Boards, Modern Seating arrangements etc. The college has a well-equipped library with a variety of books by Indian and foreign authors. A qualified librarian manages the library, and it also has online journals, CD-ROMS and internet facilities. 

Facilities such as Anatomy Museum, Fundamental Lab, Bio-Chemistry Lab, Microbiology Lab, Computer Lab, Nutritional Lab, AV-Aids Room, Community Health Nursing Lab, Child Health Lab, Nutritional Lab, Maternity Lab and Medical-Surgical Lab are also available at Kongunadu College of Nursing. The college has a spacious auditorium with lighting facilities, separate changing rooms and a seating capacity for 1000 people.

The college offers hostel facilities for students. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary modern amenities. Canteen facilities are also available in the campus, and there is a dining hall as well. Students are offered vegetarian meals and the canteen has a qualified dietician who's in charge. Kongunadu College of Nursing also provides sports and recreational facilities for the students and it has a Sports and Recreational Centre. There is a physical trainer to support students whenever they need any assistance. The sports facilities include outdoor games such as handball, volleyball, badminton, and indoor games such as tennis, chess and carom.
