Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

The institute has released the IMDR placements 2023 report for its flagship programme. The Institute of Management Development and Research reported a successful placement season with a 90% placement rate. Out of 180 students, 138 students were placed and 8 students undertook entrepreneurship. The IMDR highest package offered stood at Rs 12.9 LPA and the modal package stood at Rs 8.29 LPA. The average number of opportunities offered per student was 12. Moreover, the IMDR average package offered stood at Rs 6.74 LPA. Leading companies from more than 6 sectors participated in the IMDR placements 2023. Some of the major companies visiting IMDR are TCS, Reliance Retail, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank, Godrej and many more. 

The Institute of Management Development and Research placement process is supervised by the Head of Placements and faculty members. Students get excellent placement opportunities during every IMDR Pune placement season as the placement process is student-driven. Moreover, the PGDM programmes at the institute come with a 6-month embedded industry internship. This allows the  Institute of Management Development and Research students to get first-hand experience in working in the relevant industries and enhances their employability.

According to the IMDR placement report 2023, 147 students were placed in total resulting in a 90% placement rate. Institute of Management Development and Research Placements 2022 - In 2022, a total of 117 participated in the Institute of Management Development and Research placement process and 107 were placed among all participants. The Institute of Management Development and Research highest package was Rs 10 lakh per annum in 2022. On the other hand, the average package was Rs 5.43 lakh per annum.
