The Placements at the School of Aeronautics Neemrana are handled by the Student Placement Committee which remains under the supervision of the faculty members. The committee is involved in the placement process throughout the year and there are continuous activities centred around student placement. The placement Committee organises two main placement activities in the Institute. 

First is the pre-placement talk where organisations discuss topics like job descriptions, salary package, eligibility, and other criteria deemed fit by them. Each company is given about 30 mins to one hour to discuss issues like work culture, organisational structure, growth and career development, etc. 

The second important activity is on-campus recruitment where companies visit the campus for placement interviews and offer jobs to the students. Both of these activities happen under the supervision and guidance of the Student Placement Committee.
