Overall: I find myself satisfied choosing this college I would give it a solid 8/10 , teacher are well behaved, easy to interact with and the reason that depends your rating upon who you are is that it is located in a pretty deserted place I would say so if you like the city invironment then this college isn't for you.
Placement: If placements is what you are after then you might be disappointed I mean it's a very reputable college in raigarh but it's again let down by university as not just it's new but also their course content are outdated
Infrastructure: Coming to infrastructure this college stand out from rest of college in raigarh, chhattisgarh. Very deciplined environment but it's infrastructure is limited by it's univercity I mean it is a very new university and loopholes are everywhere
Faculty: When it comes to faculty I am giving it a solid 9/10 , they are deciplined, easy to interact with And ready to help you in any case and they are pretty good explaining hard concepts
Hostel: Uttam memorial college doesn't have hostel for now but as I said it is located in a rural area so you will find no difficulty finding cheap and good hostels nearby
