A Candidate should have passed at least +2 examination of Punjab School Education Board, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
OR
Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical Examination of this university or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto or Intermediate examination of Punjabi University or any other statutory University/Board.

For Part–II
A Candidate has passed at least one academic year previously Part-I examination of this university or any other statutory University.
OR
A Candidate has been declared 'reappear'in not more than one subject in Part-I examination or any other statutory University but such a candidate shall have to clear the 'reappear' paper in the supplementary examination of the same year or simultaneously with Part-II examination failing which his result for Part-II examination shall also stand cancelled.

For Part–III
A Candidate has passed at least one academic year previously Part-II examination of this university or any other statutory University.
OR

A Candidate placed under 'reappear'in any paper will be allowed two chances to clear the reappear, which should be availed with in consecutive two years/ chances that is to pass in a paper the candidate will have total of three chances, one as regular student and two as reappear candidate.
For Part –III
A Candidate has passed 50% of total papers of two semesters of the IInd year examination of this university or any other statutory University.

A Candidate should have passed at least +2 examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Commerce group Minimum percentage required is 40%
OR
45% marks in aggregate incase of students who have passed +2 in Humanities group with at least two out of Commerce/Accounts/Math/Economics/Management papers
OR
50% marks in the aggregate incase of students who passed +2 . provided that candidate placed under reappear in not more than one subject in 10+2 examination of Punjab school education board or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto shall also be eligible to this course but such candidates shall have to clear reappear subject in the supplementary examination of the same year failing which has admission to B.Com part-I course shall automatically stand cancelled.
For Part –II
A Candidate has passed 50% of total papers of two semesters of the Ist year examination of this university or any other statutory University.

Candidate has passed the Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a statutory University

A Candidate has passed Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, but the candidate have to pass the deficient papers of M.Sc.-IT Part-I as prescribed in the syllabus

Candidate who has passed graduation with Punjabi elective having obtained 50% marks.

Candidate who has passed B.Com. B.B.A., B.M.I.T. B.Com (Professional) and Bachelor of Accounting & Finance examinations with at least 50% marks.
