Kerala University B.A Eligibility Criteria 2020

Aspirants applying for admission into various B.A specializations must fulfil the eligibility criteria laid down separately for each Kerala University B.A programme provided below -

Applicants must be 10+2 qualified from a recognised Board (or equivalent qualification recognised by the Kerala University) in addition to having studied Arabic at the Secondary/Higher Secondary level

Tamil/Sanskrit/Hindi/Malayalam

Kerala University B.A. Application Form 2020

The application form for B.A admissions at Kerala university is made available for the aspirants on the official website of the University of Kerala. Students who want to take admission into either of the B.A specializations offered at the Kerala University must go to the official website through the link - https://admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in/ug2020/ but not before having gone through the detailed eligibility criteria first to avoid being snubbed by the officials. The detailed application process for B.A admissions at Kerala University is given below -

Step 1 - Registration

Interested Kerala University B.A aspirants should click on the link given below to first register themselves for the admission process. In the registration step, the applicants have to provide their basic personal details like name, gender, date of birth, category, qualifying exam details. Upon successful registration, the applicants will receive a unique application number and passcode which will prove its usefulness in the subsequent stages of the application process.

Step 2 - Login and enter academic details

The applicants have to use the unique application number and passcode to log in and enter their academic details one by one carefully. Once the applicants enter their academic details, they have to click on the “Save & Continue” button to move to the next step of the application process.

Step 3 - Photo and signature upload

In this step, the applicants have to upload the scanned version of their recent photograph and signature according to the specifics mentioned in front of each of them. Thereafter, the applicants have to proceed to the next step.

Step 4 - Verification of application form

The applicants have to verify all the details they have mentioned in the application form before the final submission. If the applicants find some wrong or misleading information which might creep into the application form accidentally, they must correct the same.

Step 5 - Final submission and printout of the application form

Once the candidates are satisfied with the information provided in the application form, they can proceed to the final submission of the application form and later take a print out of the submitted application form for future use

Kerala University B.A Admission Application Form Fee

The applicants also have to submit the application fee amount to ensure they have successfully applied for B.A admissions at Kerala University. The application fee amount is given in the table below. The applicants have to pay the application fee through online mode only.

The applicants must note that their application fee will not be accepted if they do not submit the Kerala University B.A admissions application fee.

Kerala University B.A. Seat Allotment 2020

The admission process in the B.A specializations offered at Kerala University is an online centralized allotment process which is conducted in multiple rounds. The University also conducts a trial allotment round to acclimatize the candidates with the entire seat allotment process. The candidates are not offered guaranteed seats through the trial seat allotment round.

Soon after, the University releases the first round seat allotment result on its official website which comprises of the candidates’ names, programme details, college name etc. Once a candidate sees his/her name in the seat allotment result sheet, he/she has to download the allotment memo and carry it along with all the important documents to the head of the institution where the seat has been allocated. Following the submission of the admission fee, the seat allocated to the candidates are confirmed.

Those candidates who do not remit the fee within the stipulated time period, their allocation will be cancelled and will not be considered for further allocations.
