TITS is well connected with bus route in NH9 and  Train route(Secundrabad/Hyderabad to Lingampally). Govt of AP is operating RTC buses from Twin cities / Sanga reddy  to Patancheru.  From Patancheru to the college there are more number of share autos and RTC route no 520 (Patancheru to  Doulthabad). In addition TITS Buses have been exclusively arranged to connect from main locations in twin cities / Sangareddy to college to meet the needs of students who wish to avail the  facility. The buses are run by experienced drivers with all safety precautions. Buses are filled for exact seating capacity and no standing is allowed. Transport is provided to staff and students at subsidized rates with an aim to give it as a facility. Some of the facilities include well ventilated classrooms, recreational areas,  indoor and outdoor games, stocked library, seamless internet connectivity, medical facilities etc.
