NIFT Jodhpur Overview

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is the country's first fashion institute, founded in 1986. It has been at the forefront of supplying the textile and garment industries with competent human resources. The President of India serves as the 'Visitor,' and the NIFT was founded as a statutory institute in 2006 by an Act of the Indian Parliament. It now has full-fledged campuses across the country.

NIFT Jodhpur Admission Process

NIFT Jodhpur admission process is as follows. 

  • Admission to UG and PG programmes is determined by the results of the NIFT Entrance Exam.
  • To be eligible for UG courses, students must have completed class12 in any stream or equivalent from a recognised board. In addition, students who have completed a three- or four-year diploma in any branch of engineering recognised by the AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education are also eligible to apply.
