Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET) placement cell keeps in touch with various companies which results in campus visits from many companies. Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET) placement process includes coordinating with Companies, finding job opportunities in the market and providing final placement to the students. Aptitude test training, resume preparation, discussions, personal interviews training are provided to the students including conducting Seminars, industrial visits, workshops etc. Personality and Soft Skill Development Programs are arranged by the college to prepare students for the interviews before the actual placement season starts.

The college also focuses on Internships as they invite companies for pre-placement talks and providing internship offers to the students. MOU’s are signed with various specialised training companies which let the students learn the modern technologies trending in the commercial world and update their knowledge after sharing the experience of trained professionals.
