What students says about R.B. College

  • Admissions are taken on the basis of your class 12th marks and not through any entrance examination.
  • You have to be passed class 10th and class 12th or any degree equivalent to class 12th for this course.
  • Application form is available on the website of lnmu and it generally comes in the month of approx June to July according to the class 12th result given especially by CBSE and Bihar board.
  • Only improvement which i personally wants to see in the admission process in future is time taken. Usually in colleges admission process takes almost 2 to 3 month and approx 1 month more for the spot round, so the students who get samastipur college in the spot round generally miss many classes and they have to face difficulty afterwards.
  • Class Size: 40 Course Fees: INR 3000 per year
  • Firstly for admission to this college, you need to do registration at LNMU University website. Then after registering there you need to choose your favorite colleges from the list of all colleges.
  • There was not any examination before admission but you need to have a minimum of 45% in class 12 which you want to choose as your honors and for a subsidiary, it's only passing marks.
  • For admission in graduation, you need to come with a class 12th marksheet, migration, passing certificate , Aadhar card , two passport photos and admission fee which is around 1200.
  • The college fees is way too high, so poor students are not able to get admissions.
  • Most faculties are good in teaching while others are not that good.

This college is the least desirable option for any student.

Overall: This college, a part of Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU), may flaunt better infrastructure, but its educational standards are woefully inadequate. The staff members, acting as tyrants, are unhelpful, rude, and under the sway of local influences, creating a hostile learning environment.

Placement: This college will just give you a degree. There's no campus placement here. You might get a job if you prepare for a competitive exam along with you degree studies but there's no campus placement.

Infrastructure: While it may not be in optimal condition, there is progress underway. The library, though old, suffers from a shortage of books, mainly aging and susceptible to insect damage. The classrooms, in a state of disrepair, are undergoing reconstruction. During my recent visit, I noticed that the labs were in the process of being built.

Faculty: Many teachers like the physics professor is immensely knowledgeable and capable teacher but there are people who are there to rest instead of teaching.

Hostel: The hostel building is well-constructed, yet I've yet to encounter a single student residing there. Instead, it seems to serve alternative functions such as accommodating NCC cadets and housing new guest teachers. The hostel, in my observation, remains unoccupied by students.
