TMA Pai Engineering Scholarships

Two scholarships in each engineering stream, restricted to students with top 5000 ranks in the MU Engineering Entrance Examination, will be given on merit-cum-means basis as follows:

Parents’ annual income

Scholarship on annual programme fee

Upto Rs.5 lakhs

100%

Between Rs.5 lakhs and Rs.7.5 lakhs

75%

Between Rs.7.5 lakhs and Rs.10 lakhs

50%

Between Rs.10 lakhs and Rs.12.5 lakhs         

25%

Above Rs.12.5 lakhs

10%

Students applying for these scholarships are required to submit copies of their parents’ (both mother and father) Form 16/16A/ITR of the last two years. These requisite documents are to be submitted every year.

To continue to get the scholarship, the student should maintain a CGPA of 8.0 or above, every academic year, failing which the scholarship for the subsequent years will be withdrawn.

Scholarships for Lateral Entry (Diploma) / Transfer Cases

Scholarships will be offered to meritorious students who take admission under Lateral Entry (Diploma) / Transfer category as per the criteria given below:

  1. One scholarship in each engineering stream and one in each non-engineering  programme, amounting to 25% of the annual programme fees, to be granted on the basis of merit, provided the student has aggregate marks in excess of 60%/CGPA 6.0 or above, without any backlogs.
  2. To continue to get the scholarship, the student should maintain a CGPA of 6.0 or above, failing which, the scholarship for the subsequent years will be withdrawn.

TMA Pai Merit Scholarships

  1. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering programme, with 100% waiver on annual tuition fees, will be given  to the student with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 90%, in the qualifying exam.
  2. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering programme, with 50% waiver on annual tuition fees, will be given to the student with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 80%, in the qualifying exam.
  3. One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering programme, with 25% waiver on annual tuition fees, will be given to students with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 75%, in the qualifying exam.
  4. To continue to get the scholarships, the students should maintain a CGPA of 8.0 or above, failing   which the scholarship for the subsequent years will be withdrawn.

Rajasthan Merit Scholarships

One Scholarship in each stream of engineering and one in each non-engineering programme, will be given to students from Rajasthan domicile, with the highest aggregate marks in excess of 80% in 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam. To be eligible, the student should have passed his/her 10th and 10+2 exam from a school in Rajasthan.

*The student has to submit domicile (issued by the competent government authority) to avail this scholarship.

  1. The maximum scholarship given to each student will not exceed the annual fees of the programme joined, or Rs. 1 Lakh, whichever is lower.
  2. To continue to get the scholarship, the student should maintain a CGPA of 7.5 or above, failing which the scholarship for the subsequent years will be withdrawn.

Hi there, at LPU the fee is paid semester wise. You can ask for fee extension as well. You need to pay fee in time. Hope this answers your question.
