3. Parents Income should not be more than Rs. 1,00,000 (1 Lac)

4. The EBC Applicant should belong to any one of the category as specified from 1 to 17 priorities below.

5. The EBC Applicant should not belong from any of the following category – ST, SC, SBC and OBC. Thus, it means to say that he/she should belong to other than above specified categories.
