AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2020 has begun. Result for a mop-up round of AYUSH NEET has been released and the counselling has begun. Read below to know about it in detail. 

AYUSH NEET UG Counselling

AYUSH NEET Counselling or AYUSH Undergraduate counselling is conducted by AACCC (AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee). The entire process is conducted in an online mode for admission to 15 per cent of the seats at government-aided and government colleges in India. 100 per cent seats at National, Central and Private universities in India will be allocated through the AYUSH UG counselling 2020.

The courses that are offered through this counselling include BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medical and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery) and BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery). AYUSH UG Counselling 2020 Latest Updates

3rd Feb 2021: The reporting at college will take place until 8th February 2021.
27th Jan 2021: The All India Ayush Counselling Committee (AACCC) has released the result of AYUSH NEET Counselling Mop-Up Round 2020 on January 27.
19th Jan 2021: AYUSH has reduced the NEET 2020 cutoff scores for medical candidates.The new cut-off scores for AYUSH NEET 2021 are -- 720-147 for unreserved category, 146-113 for SC/ST/OBC, 146-129 for PwD category and 128-113 for PwD candidates who are also SC/ST/OBC.
18th Jan 2021: Registration for the mop-up round of AYUSH NEET counselling will start on January 19.

30th Dec 2020: AYUSH Counselling 2020 Round 2 result has been released on 30th December 2020.
22nd Dec 2020: The registration for AYUSH Round II Counselling has started from today 22nd December 2020.

11th Dec 2020: The registrations for AYUSH UG Counselling 2020 Round 2 have now commenced. Candidates can apply until 26th Dec 2020. 

4th Dec 2020: The final result for AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020 Round 1 is now out.

Eligibility Criteria for AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020

To be eligible to apply for AYUSH NEET counselling, one has to meet the criteria that are mentioned below:

  • Must have qualified the NEET examination for 2020

  • Must have attained the minimum age of 17 years as one 21st Dec 2020

  • Must have completed Class 12 or equivalent level of education from a recognised India board of education with Biology, Physics, English and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. 

How to Apply for AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020?

  • The AYUSH UG counselling application/ registration is done in an online mode.

  • To complete the process, candidates first have to get registered with the official website of AACCC (AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee).

  • With the submission fo the registration form, candidates will have to log into the website using their NEET UG 2020 roll numbers and the new password (as entered during registration).

  • After filling the application form, they will have to submit it by depositing a non-refundable application fee.

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020: Choice Filling

  • After completing the registration process, candidates will have to provide their college-course choice in a preferential order through a choice filling form. 

  • The form is filled online through the official website of AACCC and is done separately for every round of counselling. 

  • There is no limit on the number of course-college choices one prefers to fill in. 

  • Once the choice filling form is completed, candidates must not forget to lock these choices before the said deadline. 

Seat Allotment and Joining Through AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020

  • Based on the choices filled for various courses and NEET UG 2020 rank, AACCC prepares a seat allotment list. 

  • Candidates who make it to the list are allocated seat to the different institutes.

  • To confirm that a candidate wants to continue with the allotted seat, she/ he will have to log into the AACCC website and choose their option. 

  • Through this, they can either reject the offer or accept it. 

  • If they accept it, their seat is confirmed. 

  • If they reject it, they are no longer entitled to the seat and it is then marked as vacant. 

Documents Required for AYUSH UG Counselling 2020

Here is a list of documents that candidates must hold at the time of the counselling. 

  • At least eight passport-sized photographs of the applicant

  • NEET 2020 Result 

  • NEET 2020 Admit Card

  • Class 12 Marksheet

  • Class 10 Marksheet

  • Birth Certificate or High School Certificate

  • A Valid ID Proof

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Provisional Allotment Letter
