ILSAT 2022 Application Process

The points mentioned below provide the step-by-step guide of how to apply for ILSAT 2022. All the candidates who are looking forward to applying for the exam can follow these steps and complete their ILSAT 2022 application process successfully. The entire application process of ILSAT 2022 can be done in both offline and online mode.

  • The candidates have to visit the official website of ICFAI Law School and fill the form there.

  • On the home page of the website, they will find the link to the application form of ILSAT.

  • After clicking on the 'Apply Now' icon, the applicants are given a choice of the course for which they wish to apply.

  • Once the candidate selects a course from BA LLB, BBA LLB, or LLM, he/ she is redirected to the application form of ILSAT.

  • The student has to enter all the personal details that are asked like name, date of birth, address, names and professions of parents, mobile number, email address, aadhar number, etc. He/ she also has to select the preference of test centres.

  • The candidate has to further add the academic information including the marks scored in the qualified degrees, the board of education from which the degrees have been obtained, medium, subject-wise marks in each degree, etc.

  • Apart from entering these details, the candidate will also have to upload their photograph, signature, and any other document that is asked in the form.

  • In the next step, the applicants will have to fill the section in which they have to tell their source of information about ILSAT.

  • They also have to write a 'Statement of Purpose' in which they have to explain in brief why they want to enrol in the particular course.

  • After filling in all these details, the candidate will have to pay the admission fee of ILSAT which is Rs. 1,000. This can be done using an online payment gateway like net banking, debit card, credit card, etc.

  • Once the payment is successful, students can submit their application forms and take a print out of them for future use.

  • If a candidate wishes to apply for ILSAT in the offline mode, he/ she will have to download the form via the website and send a duly filled application along with the required documents and a Demand Draft for the application fee to the college.

ILSAT 2022 BA LLB and BBA LLB Eligibility Criteria

Before submitting the application form, candidates must check if they meet the eligibility criteria of ILSAT for BA LLB and BBA LLB. The application form of any candidate who does not meet all the prerequisites will be rejected and he/ she will not be considered for admission. The ILSAT BA LLB and BBA LLB eligibility criteria have been provided below.

  • The candidate should have mandatorily completed his/ her education up to the higher secondary level (class 12th).

  • Students who are appearing in their class 12th board exams can also apply for ILSAT in that year. They will have to provide provisional mark sheets at the time of admission.

  • The school from which the applicant receives his/ her 10 + 2 degree must be recognised by a central or state board of education like the ISC, the CBSE, etc.

  • It is essential for the applicant to have scored passing marks in all the subjects that he/ she has in class 12th. Anyone with a back in even one subject will not be considered eligible.

  • The aggregate marks obtained by the candidate at the 10 + 2 level must not be less than 50 per cent.

  • Additionally, the student must not be more than 20 years of age in the year in which he/ she is taking admission.

Who is Exempted from Giving ILSAT 2022?

ILSAT 2022 is conducted by the ICFAI Law School as an institute level entrance examination. However, the law college accepts some other national-level law entrance exams for its admission process. The two exams that are considered for admission to ICFAI Law School apart from ILSAT are:
