MICA PGDM-C/PGDM Eligibility Criteria 2023
The admission or eligibility criteria for MICA PGDM-C/PGDM programme admissions 2023 are the same. The following are the eligibility requirements that aspirants must meet in order to receive admission to MICA PGDM-C/PGDM courses:
Admission to both the PGDM (C) and PGDM Post-graduate Programmes (PGP) requires a Bachelor's degree (10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Candidates must have qualifying scores in both the CAT/XAT/GMAT and the MICAT in addition to a Bachelor's degree.
Candidates who are taking their final exams for a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.
Candidates that show an aptitude for expressing, analysing, and/or inventing ideas that move people to action and create business objectives are more likely to be shortlisted.
All applicants appearing in GE and PI who are considered for the final merit list must be recommended by a majority of the PI panellists. All those who meet the above-mentioned conditions will have their final composite score calculated using the following weightage:

MICA Scholarships
MICA Scholarships are given out on a yearly basis based on a student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are given to MICA students who are currently enrolled in the two-year PGDM-C/PGDM programmes and the one-year Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Crafting Creative Communications (CCC).
Furthermore, MICA has inked an MOU with the RSPL Welfare Foundation (RWF), under which the RSPL Welfare Foundation grants scholarships to MICA's second-year PGDM(C) and PGDM students based on merit and means. The RWF scholarship will soon be re-named ‘Poonam Gyanchandani Memorial Scholarship’. This is in addition to the annual MICA Scholarships.
MICA has also inked an MOU with Prof. Bikram Bindra, under which Prof. Bikram Bindra would provide a scholarship for first-year students in the PGDM-C/PGDM programme at MICA based on merit and means. Prof. Bikram Bindra's scholarship will be known as the 'Equity Scholarship.' Students from PGP-1 who represent a minority status, such as religion, status, sexual or gender identity, or membership in a minority community, will be eligible to apply under this system. This is in addition to the annual MICA Scholarships.
Selection Criteria
Family income should not exceed Rs. 10 lakhs per year.
Academic achievement (minimum CGPA of 3.00) and attendance record (minimum 80% across all disciplines) of students in their first year (applicable to PGP-2).
Review of the income-tax returns and bank statements from the last three years.
A brief explanation of why you are applying for the scholarship (separate in case of applying for Equity Scholarship)
Verifying your family's background with proof.
Note: The Scholarships Committee will interview and interact with the shortlisted students (consisting of MICA faculty and staff; For RWF Scholarships for PGP-2, there will be a representative from the senior management level from RWF). Prof. Bikram Bindra will serve on the Committee for the Equity Scholarship to PGP-1.
MICA PGDM-C/PGDM Admission Process 2023
The application for MICA PGDM-C/PGDM admissions 2023 must be filed online, along with the required application fee of INR 2100. You must adjust your score options for submission (CAT/XAT/GMAT and MICAT) in the application. The method for MICA PGDM-C/PGDM admissions 2023 is as follows:
Step 1: Create an Account to Get a User ID
On the MICA website, you must click on Apply Now. It will take you to the first stage of the registration process. Fill in your name, mobile number, and valid email address on the screen that opens, and then click the submit button after checking the 'I Agree' box and inputting the captcha.
Step 2: Examine and Verify Details
You must verify the information and then click the OK button. Your User ID and password have now been delivered to your mobile phone and email address. Your application number is also displayed on the page, which you should keep for future reference.
Step 3: Select Go to Application.
Your registration for MICA is now complete. Click on Go to Application to read instructions on how to fill out the MICA application form and continue.
Step 4: Upload Photo & Signature and Fill Out Academic Information
The application form needs you to fill out your personal information first, then submit your photo and signature at the top, and finally fill out your academic information.
Step 5: Enter CAT/XAT/GMAT Exam Scores
On this page, select the entrance exam whose score you intend to submit for admission and, if available now, submit the exam score as well. If you do not have the scorecard, you can change your score later. Furthermore, because MICAT is a requirement for MICA admission, you must decide whether to take MICAT-1, MICAT-2, or both.
Step 6: Make Your Payment
The application fee for MICA is INR 2100. You must pay this application fee online. So, double-check the information; your application fee is indicated on this page. If the cost amount is right, click 'I Agree' before finishing the payment and proceeding.
Step 7: Enter Entrance Exam Score After Result Declaration
MICA will allow you to update your exam score after the CAT 2022 and XAT 2023 results are released. To update your CAT/XAT scores, you must log in as an Already Registered Candidate.

MICA PGDM-C/PGDM Admissions 2023 Shortlisting Process
MICA Ahmedabad will shortlist students based on their CAT/XAT/GMAT exam scores and MICAT scores, assigning the following weightage to each component:

MICA considers first Section A of the MICAT Psychometric test, which is a qualifier.
Those who pass the Psychometric and have a good CAT/XAT/GMAT score are considered for shortlisting.
Candidates must meet a minimal cut-off in their CAT/XAT total percentile/GMAT score.
Those who qualify based on their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores will have their MICAT Section B scores evaluated.
Those who qualify on the basis of relative performance, subject to a minimum cut-off in Normalized Scores of MICAT Section B, will have their MICAT Section C assessed. Each segment will have a different cut-off.
Those who qualify on the basis of a, b, c, and d (on the basis of relative performance subject to a minimum cut-off in MICAT Section C Normalized Scores) will be evaluated for GE and PI shortlisting.
Candidates that display a talent for expressing, evaluating, and/or inventing ideas that inspire others to action and create business results are more likely to be shortlisted in the MICA Admission process.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend GE and PI sessions in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Following the end of the GE-PI Round, MICA will create the final merit list based on the following weightage:

MICA PGDM-C/PGDM Cut-Off 2023
The MICA cutoff is determined by the total percentile score of the CAT 2022, XAT 2023, or GMAT exam. Only candidates who achieve a positive (greater than zero) raw score in all portions of the entrance exam and are over the minimum cut-offs in the overall percentile ranks will be considered for all the following stages:
