Guruvayurappan Institute of Management campus provides all modern facilities to its staff and students. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, the campus is Wifi enabled which helps in easy internet access to the students. The institute has a modern computer lab that has updated systems and software. Transportation facilities are also made available. Some other facilities include sports facilities and a hygienic cafeteria. 

• Boys Hostel: Within the campus, the Men's Hostel is just a short stroll from the Academic building. There are executive-type rooms that can accommodate twin or triple occupancy. Each room has its own bathroom and associated toilet. The use of power generators ensures that power interruptions are kept to a minimum inside the hostel. There are water coolers available on every floor. The inhabitants are also given access to recreation areas, 24-hour security, housekeeping, and routine maintenance.
• Girls Hostel: Within the GIM campus, the Women's Hostel, also known as "Gems Hostel," is situated in a separate courtyard next to the Academic block. Power and water are provided continuously. Additionally, a 24-hour security service is offered. Each executive-style twin/triple sharing room offers the ideal atmosphere for females to experience a home away from home lifestyle. There is WIFI access available. There is also adequate provision for housekeeping.
• Library: The library makes sure that its contents are still cutting-edge, varied in scope and style, accessible for browsing, and of exceptional quality. We make sure all users are aware of the resources at their disposal and facilitate access to these resources. The Library preserves information in commonly used forms and makes ensuring that efficient storage and retrieval methods are in place to meet the needs of future users. The physical and online areas of the library adapt to the user's changing behaviour to improve the campus environment. Collaboration between the Library and a growing number of partners results in unified access, more knowledge, and improved services.
• Sports: Students can play outdoor sports on the campus's well-kept volleyball court, cricket field, and football field. There are additional facilities for indoor games, such as table tennis, caroms, chess, etc. The Faculty and Student Representatives on the sports committee oversee the sports club's operations.
• Canteen: For the benefit of the Institute's students, faculty, and staff, the college runs a beautiful cafeteria. In a very clean setting, the cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to students, faculty, and staff. The committee prepares the menu while taking into account input from the chef, administration, faculty, and student representatives.
• Auditorium: The college has a space for events and seminars called an auditorium.
• Internet connectivity: WiFi facility is available on the GIM campus. Men's and women's hostels, the academic building, and the administrative block all have WiFi connectivity. This makes it easier for faculty and students to use the internet throughout the day. In order to receive personalised access to the WIFI network, the students must register their laptops with the institute's systems administrator. While the students are on campus, this registration will be valid for two years.
• IT Infrastructure: Information technology is no longer novel because it is now essential to the success of commercial businesses. Guruvayurappan Institute of Management provides a cutting-edge lab with enough technology and software to help students develop their talents. All students receive computer literacy instruction through training in a variety of software applications. The lab is furnished with 120 systems and offers a constant broadband internet connection. The lab is open every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Transportation: Students who are from the areas of Palakkad and Coimbatore can use the transportation services to go between the campus and their residences. Every working day, buses go from Coimbatore, Palakkad, and Lakkidi to the campus. In case of a medical emergency, the transport facility is also made available to dormitory residents on campus.
• Laboratories: The institution provides student access to department-based laboratories.
• Convenience Store: A mini-market is run by the students on the Guruvayurappan Institute of Management campus, sometimes referred to as "GIM Shoppe" It meets the fundamental requirements of the Institute's faculty, students, and staff. The student group that oversees the GIM Shoppee makes sure that there is an appropriate supply of the necessary stationery, refreshments, snacks, and toiletries/cosmetics.
