The Central Library OF NEIGRIHMS functioning as a fully fledged library serving the information needs of students, doctors and paramedical staff in the Interim Hospital Facility, Polo. The Library then shifted to the premises of the College of Nursing, Mawdiangdiang in July, 2006. It houses a collection of books, journals and non-book materials. The Library started with a collection of 2000 Books and subscribes to 35 Journals, Magazines and Newspapers.On the 15th October, 2007 the Central Library shifted to its main building adjacent to the Administrative Block. However, the College of Nursing Library is still functioning as a departmental Library in the premises of the College itself. The Central Library mainly caters to the needs of Faculty, Residents (SRD & JRD), Students (PG, Dm, MD, MBBS & BSc Nursing) and Paramedical Staffs.  

The Central Library is a three Storied Building with a seating capacity of 200 Readers with separate reading area for the Faculty. The top floor is the Reference Section where Reference Books are kept and New Arrivals are displayed and also a reading area for News Papers and Magazines, the first floor is the Periodical Section where Journals are displayed and the general books section, ground floor is the book section area which is non functional.
