The English Language Lab of PVKN Govt. College, Chittoor was established in 2005-06. It has been well furnished with UPS 5 KVA and 40 Batteries with 12V 26AH capacity, 30 Desktop PC’s and two Air Conditioners. For the use of students in practical class the lab has been provided with 82 Head phones and a DELL Projector. The students of each class attend practical classes in the lab after the completion of one by one topic from the Online English Practical Syllabus. As a Nodal college the campus consists of technical facilities like providence of e-class rooms. Students of commerce wing are making it avail in their lectures. Projectors are also provided; lectures make use of the power point to present their lectures in an effective way. Students often search net for the information on the system in the class rooms. In short the class rooms are technically advanced, and excelled the class rooms of any other well funded corporate colleges. The college has spacious, well – furnished, ventilated Auditorium in the midst of the college premises which accommodates nearly 1,500 students/ audience. It is provided with audio – visual equipments with MANA TV facility for viewing the educational programmes and live telecasts often arranged by the CCE, Hyderabad. The Dias of the auditorium is well raised with a podium visible even to the last row audience. It is the centre of many cultural and academic activities such as youth festivals, YUVA TARANGAM, folk dances, classical and western dances, fancy dress show, one act plays, Mime, Skit, Monologues, Debates, Quiz, Seminars, Guest Lectures, Symposium, Elocution, and Essay writing competitions, calligraphy, University examinations, competitive examinations, Departmental tests and Set Examinations, EAMCET counseling, Campus interviews and  a host of other activities besides the auditorium facilities are also extended for conducting Government programmes, Election training classes as Distribution and Reception centre for General and local  body elections.
