The IILM IBM has a marvelous infrastructure, build with well planned design, to render excellent learning ambiance. The students are facilitated with several modern amenities, that make them regularly up to date with current corporate scenario. The air-conditioned lecture theaters, are anesthetically designed in a semi-circular style, with echo proof, spacious, capacity of 70 seats, accommodated with modern teaching-learning aids. The library and Information Center (LIC) is the em of college, well stocked with huge collection of volumes, 13886 books, variegated material, and also has an institutional membership for online resources. Every student, and teacher rendered with a high end networked net-book, or laptop. The computer labs at IILM IBM are well furnished with more than 100 systems, served by 10 Mbps internet connection. The auditorium is nicely designed, with seating capacity of 150 people, also proffer fully equipped hostels in the campus.

IILM provides hostel accommodation to the students in the form of a magnificent, comfortable and secure residential facility that assures the students a home away from home.

We strive to make the transition of the students as smooth as possible by providing all amenities of necessity within the student residences, where all rooms have been designed to provide adequate moving space and ample air and light.

An on campus hostel facility is available to the female students whereas, for male students, the hostel accommodation is available at a distance of less than a kilometer from the institute.

Designed to facilitate academic and social activities, the common lounge is a meeting place for the students.

The hostel is an ideal place to study, play or simply hang out. It holds a lounge, a game room, study room and a services area. Essential services are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

To make the stay of the students a pleasant one, various celebrations, events and activities are organized.

The members of Yuva Goonj runs a school “Pathshala”, for the slum children. It started with 15 students and now we have around 100 students. The classes are taken by the members in the evening.

The members of the club in collaboration with CAPED organized a cervical cancer awareness programme for free diagnosis of women suffering from cervical cancer and appropriate measures were taken to prevent the disease from spreading in the society.

The members of the club organized a session on Women Empowerment in the premises of  Navjyoti India Foundation, Gurugram. During the session, Dr. Pinky Goswami threw some light on the importance of women empowerment in the society.

The members of the club have taken an iniative to teach the children in nearby areas of Gurgaon where they go and teach the slum children with the motive of providing them academic education as well as knowledge about the social issues prevailing in our society.

Girl-Up club has recently conducted a session on demonetization and cashless transaction of money in the premises of Navjyoti India Foundation. The session was conducted with a motive of educating the women and making them realize how easy and important it is to move to the cashless mode of transactions.

Start Up Business Plan Competition

Three different student teams came up with start-up ideas on packed food service, Green Biomass pellets and Smart city app.
This Activity helped the students sense an opportunity and make a viable business plan for it.
Students had to brain-storm with their team members and present their idea with PPTs with not more than 4-5 slides. The plan was judged by faculty members – Prof Sanjeev Sareen and Prof Sandeep Kochhar.
The team with the green biomass pellets won the competition.
The panel gave various inputs to the teams to further refine/redesign their business plans.

TUG OF WAR

• Freshmen Students from PGDM course break the ice with Tug Of War game activity. Such initiatives help students to bond better.

BRAND HUNT

• Students were tested on their knowledge about brands, their logos, tag lines etc. All such information formed clues in the treasure hunt game. The two teams had to sequence wise unravel hints from preceding cheats to move to the next level. The final phase included the teams to form the logos of different companies using only their team members’ shoes and bags. Prize reward was inclusive for the winning team as usual.

• Ad Mad Competition

• Learning with fun filled activities has been a ritual for the PGDM students at IILM. Students not only grasp real life knowledge but also get an insight to have efficient team work and celebrate success as and when it comes their way.

Marketing Conference 2016

• On Friday the 2^nd of December, 2016 IILM institute conducted marketing conference on “Exploring The Growth of Mobile and Location Based Marketing” in which the first session was on “The power of Mobile Wallet Marketing.”
