LCET CTP Cell plays a very important and key Role in counseling & guiding the students of the institute for their successful career placement, which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students & their entry into the suitable employment.
In addition to the campus placements the T & P section organizes various programs like:

- Group discussions
- Case studies
- Personality development
- Interpersonal & Communication skills
Career planning & Career mapping In addition to the above LCET CTP Cell also conducts various seminars, symposia, workshops in order to groom the students for the future placements in the industry.
Training and Placement Cell at LCET believes in channelizing its vision and mission into a constructive frame work to emerge as a top ranking institute. At LCET we promise an atmosphere for all students to acquire the skills empower them to command respect and recognition in Industry and Community at large.
The Training & Placement Cell at LCET is involved in three specific areas:-
- Placement of outgoing Graduates
- Industrial Practical Training of students during the four years B.Tech & MBA programs
CTP Cell arranges training for students in industries for 4 weeks at the end of 4th Semester and 6th Semester. Students undergo Six months training at various prestigious organizations. The students act as a channel of communication with the industries. All the reputed organizations including MNCs come to the college for campus recruitment. To achieve its goal, the Training and Placement Cell work towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a close knit organization and has a structure which conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate. A common placement brochure for all branches is published.
The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’. In order to accomplish ‘Industry-Institute Interaction’, it organizes technical talks and national seminars to provide a platform for the building engineers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students & arranges for industrial problems to be worked on by the students as part of their projects. It also takes suggestions from members of industry regarding designing/changing of curriculum.
