The placement cell organises in-house and external training activities. The college has consistently ranked among the top 10 colleges of Uttarakhand to secure the highest placements. Some of the activities conducted by the cell for Shivalik College of Engineering placement include mock interviews, group discussions, personality enhancement sessions, industrial visits, seminars, internships, as well as guest lectures from experts. The placement cell has set up a state-of-the-art incubation centre and has collaborated with firms like IBM, Dell, and, BMW for learning purposes.
